THE SUPPLY OF SERVICES RELATING TO THE TREATMENT AND ENERGY RECOVERY/DISPOSAL OF RESIDUAL WASTE ARISINGS (DPS ID: 4320754)
This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is open for economic operators to apply to join a list through which call-off competitions will be held to award specific contracts for the services specified above.
The DPS is intended to service the residual waste treatment interim needs of the Member Councils but as indicated in the Contract Notice could, over the life of the DPS, be utilised to procure contracts for other NI Councils.
Experienced and competent Economic Operators should submit applications through the eTenders NI Portal: www.etendersni.gov.uk/epps.
The services are divided into four lots:
Lot 1– Residual kerbside collections, residual waste from commercial / trade collections, which may be mixed with Other residual waste streams;
Lot 2– Residual waste from HWRCs which may be mixed with Other residual waste streams;
Lot 3– Combined Residual Kerbside residual waste from commercial / trade collections and HWRC Waste stream which may be mixed with Other residual waste streams; and
Lot 4 – Other Residual waste streams such as street litter, bulky waste, fly tipped waste and which may include waste arising from bonfires that has not or cannot be combined in any of the Lots.
NOTE: Other Residual waste streams includes street litter, bulky waste, fly tipped waste and which may include waste arising from bonfires.

Only those economic entities who have qualified for admittance to the DPS, at the time of each Call Off Competition, are permitted to tender.
PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR THE RECEIPT, STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF MUNICIPAL WASTE CONTRACT (CfT: 5782068)
arc21 invites contractors who wish to tender for the above services, related to the specific requirements of Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council, to register on the eTenders NI Portal: www.etendersni.gov.uk/epps.
Due to the nature of the requirements, there is a geographical area within which the point of deposit for Council waste must fall (this is detailed in the contract documents). Completed tenders must be submitted electronically via the portal by no later than 17:00 on 28th March 2025.
